Properties are only visible and accessible to users within the owner’s private network.

We do not own or manage any listed properties.

We are not responsible for transactions between users.

Users can only engage in rental transactions with members of their private network.

2. Your Agreement

By using our platform, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account
• Use the platform legally and responsibly
• Be at least 18 years old
• Not misuse or abuse the platform

3. User Responsibilities

For Property Owners:

• List properties you have the right to rent
• Provide accurate property information
• Honor confirmed bookings
• Maintain safe and clean properties

For Guests:

• Use properties respectfully
• Follow property rules
• Report any issues promptly
• Complete payments as agreed

4. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings require owner approval
• Payments must be processed through our platform 
• Service fees are non-refundable
• Cancellation policies may apply

5. Platform Rules

Users may not:

• Share false information
• Engage in harmful behavior
• Violate laws or regulations
• Bypass our booking system 

6. Account Actions

We may:

• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Remove content
• Refuse service
• Modify platform features

7. Liability

We provide the platform “as is”.

We are not responsible for:

• Property conditions
• User interactions
• Disputes between users
• Property damage or injuries

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform means you accept any changes.
